Abstract

Concrete strength was ascertained by good material quality beside concrete solidityit self. This solidity will be reached if the holes between usage material is filled solid. For this filling usually we used fky ash. Because using of fly ash is too much, so the became high. To change this fly ash material we tried “arang batok kelapa”. This “arang batok kelapa” is much enough, so we tried to make this material become fill material inside concrete. On this research increase of “arang batok kelapa” to the concrete K-225 started from increase 0 % until 12,5 % as follows : Normal strength of compression concrete got K-225,4145 kg/cm². Increase strength of compression concrete 5 % got K-228,2217 kg/cm². Increase strength of compression concrete 7,5 % got K- 228,4759 kg/cm². Increase strength of compression concrete 10 % got K- 225,3498 kg/cm². Increase strength of compression concrete 12,5 % got K- 203,6658 kg/cm². In this research we can see thar maximum strength of compression is with increase material 7,5% arang batok kelapa, with K-228,4759. increase from 10% strength of compression concrete will be decrease.
