One of the most Padang city transportation problem is the intersection complication. On Azis Chan-Proklamasi-M.Yamin intersection, nowadays visually show us a big complication highway, which most happened on busy hour with high volume highway. The intersection is passed by most of the urban transport, the possibly alternate solution is shifting the urban transport route to one internode way on the intersection. Based on the research before, the first thing to do is existing optimalize by three fases change, hogomoneaus, intergreen, and broardening on the left turn for 2,5 m. These ways could help the intersection work. Based on the three fases, the optimalize come be done by shifting the urban transport route, which the turn right from Proklamasi street to Aziz Chan street (U), shift to turn left to Aziz Chan (S). optimalize is proceed by the urban transport colour simulation which shifting the route. The result of the optimal simulation, which simulation O, by shifting all the turn left urban transport. The time rotate in this condision is shorter than existing condition, change about a60 sc to 58 sc. The average relay decrease for 422,212 sc/smp to 24,265 sc/smp. And the queen of the vehicles decrease for 816 m to 52 m. The maximum saturation degree for existing condition is 1,761 and condition after optimalize, the saturation degree is 0,712.
