Abstract

The dynamic changes of Human Resources in business environment are the central issue in winning the competition. Staff career management is one of the practices in human resources management and has a significant contribution in reaching the core organization competence. In general, career management pattern has a strong correlation with organization structure. Traditional career management put the responsibility to its own organization to manage the career. On the other hand, cellular organization requires the career management individually. This is what is known as protean career.
