Abstract

The most important factor in the company is employee. There is an assumption that improve employee performance will automatically improve corporate performance. Improving employee performance can be reach by redesign job, reengineering or self managing teams. All of those activities must be followed by effort to change assumption about relation between employee and manajement that employee should be abussuness partner. Business must be manage more affectifly by performance management system. Accumulation of effective business will improve employee performance and corporate performance and at least will improve corporate productivity aptimally.
