Abstract

Every group in one organization, where in it happened interaction one other, owning tendency incidence (of) conflict. In institution happened action, good (among/between) staff group with staff, staff with client, and also other the which the situation oftentimes can trigger the happening of conflict. Conflict very hand in glove its bearing with feeling of human being, including feeling disregarded, to be trifled is, unapprediciated, left, as well as feeling sick over because excess of work load. The feelings at any times can trigger incidence (of) enragement. The situation will influence someone in executing its activity directly, and can degrade organizational work productivity inderectlyby (doing/conducting) many intended mistake and also (do) not be intended. In an organization, tendency the happening of conflict, earn because of an change sudden, for example: progress of new technology, tight emulation, difference of value system and culture, assorted and also personality of individual.
