Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to describe variety of strategic performance measurement indicators. In addition, this paper also discuss challenges and implications of the company's strategic measurements with other scale. Discussing begin with review on literature from various sources which related to strategic performance measurement. The objective of strategic performance measurement is to determine the level of adaptation strategies adopted by the company. From literature, researcher know that Known from literature that the strategic performance initially measured by financial indicators only. In fact, increasingly competitive world of business, these indicators are not sufficient to measure the strategic performance of the business. For example, strategic performance measured by financial and non-financial indicators. Recent developments of this indicator measured by integrating the working system. In the implication, strategic performance measures to deal with various challenges including: human resources, processes, systems and culture. The wide range of these challenges will lead to the application of different measurement indicators for companies of various scales
