Chatter is caused by excessive vibration machining process parameter changes. Surface quality is also strongly influenced by the vibration of machine tools. Soto meets the specification of the geometry needs to be monitored. In this research does is how the influence of feeding rate on the vibration machine by increasing the depth of cut with out chatter. Testing chatter for the process of turning performed on material ST60, with the variation of machining parameters are cutting speed of 57.9, 68.8, 97.11 and 115.58, while feeding rate constant at 0.045mm/put. While the depth of cut increased gradually with the increase of 0.05mm to the process of experiencing chatter. In this srudy, used two sensors i.e. Sensors microphone and accelerate meter sensors to compare them. From the result obtained that the sensor signal measuring microphone an be used to detect chatter amounted on average to the microphone 245.5Hz AND 250 Hz accelerate meter. Critical depth limit of each additional feeding rate and cutting speed is kept constant will decrease. Limit depth of critical start cutting speedis0.8mm, 0.8mm, 1mm, 1.9mm.
