Abstract

A university can work well when educators who manages all administrative activities of the campus, work optimally. The work of education personnel can be reflected in their performance. The main purpose of this research is to determine the effect of motivation, competence and job satisfaction to performance of workforce education at the University of Muhammadiyah South Tapanuli (UMTS). AS a sample, researcher use all personnel in UMTS which investigated through questionnaire so that nothing is missed populations. Using multiple linear regression model as analysis tool, this reseach found that motivation variable is positive and significant influence to performance of workforce education, while competence and job satisfaction has no effect on the performance of the workforce education.
