Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the achievements of employees of PT. DHM Consultants and provide solutions for improvement. The method used is quantitative analysis as in the previous study and expert opinion on employee performanc. The results showed that the work performance of employees of PT. DHM Consultants is not maximized. To improve this performance can be done by increasing employee motivation, and attention to the welfare of employees for the provision of compensation satisfaction which is expected to improve employee performance at work.
