Abstract

Execution of road reconstruction projects always has negative impacts, such as the loss of road user cost. This paper studies of the traffic volume with the loss of the road user cost relationship, which until now has not been studied deeply. Case studies are the execution of the National road reconstruction project, with two-lane two-way road, with 4 cases of rural road type in the province of Bali, in the fiscal year 2015. The descriptive analysis results obtained are the average volume of traffic in the region of Bali Province 16,235 pcu/day with the average of loss of road user costs Rp. 19,733,750/day/link road. The traffic volume with the loss of road user cost relationship is obtained is the linear model.
